After completing her combined language and export studies at the University of Vienna, her keen interest in international business led her to the branded goods industry and the leading global branded goods manufacturer Procter&Gamble. The focus of her many years in sales management was the development of innovative market development concepts such as category management, shopper research and multifunctional customer business development.
In 2010/11, she expanded her practical skills with the Global MBA at WU Vienna, which combines universities from Europe, China and the USA with corresponding modules abroad to create a global course.
As managing director of an Austrian food company, she also successfully led this company through organizational development and change management into the increasingly globalized and digitalized world with rapidly changing economic structures.
With the combination of international and national experience and her philosophy of life – “When the wind of change blows, some build walls, others build windmills” – she has also set herself the goal of using her skills to support the necessary ecological and economic transformation of our society.
